1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, which can be easily duplicated, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued unless there is a technical issue preventing you from accessing the purchased Digital Product. If you experience such an issue, please contact us with details of the problem, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it.
2. Physical Goods
We do not accept returns or exchanges, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse. All items are made to order and shipped directly from our printers, meaning we do not hold stock. Each item is made specifically for you, so please ensure you are confident in your purchase before completing your order. All merchandise includes sizing guides, please review before making your purchase. Thank you for your understanding!
2a. Damaged or Defective Goods
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to start a replacement order or receive a refund.
2b. Order Failed to Deliver
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery to start a replacement order.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).
